So, I'm about 95% done with a large vehicle custom that I had to hand paint (...which was a pain in the ass) since I don't have a place to spray paint. I used Testors Model Masters paint, and it turned out okay, but two days later, the paint is still giving off strong fumes. I've got it sitting by an open window right now with a fan on it, but I'm not sure how much that will help. I can't drive home enough how awful this thing smells. Is there any way to get rid of the paint fumes faster?

Assuming you are using water based MM it sounds like you might be adding moisture to it by putting it near a window with a fan on it. If the weather is anything like it is here in Ohio it's very humid. Do you have a dehumidifier you can sit it next to? You wanna get all that water out of the mix. How about a hair dryer on low?
If it's enamel we used to use a hair dryer or small toaster oven on metal figs. Be careful, this can put dust into the finish.
Some paint pigments, notably metallics, actually have organic components, I.E. fish scales! And believe me they can go bad!
