I got this Peter Pan Pirate ship from TRU for just $10.00. Thought that was a steal. It'll make for a great POTC extra ship.

That would fit quite nicely next to the Black Pearl. With some work to harden the 'toony bits and a few additions (like sails and a paint job) it woul be perfect. The wheel seems a bit short but that's nothing a customizer worth his salt can't fix. Nice find!

I think this would ahve great potential to be modded into a modern warship for gi joe or cobra.

I agree with ya all. Again, for $10.00 it's well worth getting to mess around with- if you're into the whole Pirate ship thing.
