One Indiana Jones figure I have always wanted, but have doubts that we will see, is one of the Hovito warriors from the beginning of ROTLA. When the new figures came out, I was semi-hopeful, but wasn't surprised when they did not appear. Then I took a closer look at the Ugha Warrior figures and the old imagination kicked into overdrive. I bought an extra two Ughas with the sole purpose of customising. Stripped all the adornments off, gave them a haircut and went to work. I wanted figures that looked completely individual, so I changed the hairstyle slightly on each one, repainted the flesh tone slightly darker and gave them different native jewelry. All the sculpting is done using green stuff. The arrow and quiver are from the Harry Potter OoTP Centaur set, the blowpipe is aluminium tube and green stuff. All in all, a couple of very easy to make customs, but ones I am very happy with.

Most impressive.

I saw the title thread and wondered if you were gonna be using the cannibal from the POTC line for this. Nice to see you kept it within the Indy line.

Thanks for all the kind words. I am particularly happy with these customs, but what pleased me the most was that I was able to use the same head for both figures, and yet have them look different.
