Haw'kens rose through the ranks of the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War, continuing to underake risky missions even during her pregnancy. Haw'kens was instrumental in gathering intelligence that led to several key Alliance victories in the Outer Rim. After the death of her husband in the Battle Of Endor, Char'Leez Haw'kens threw herself into her military career full force, leaving the care of her only daughter Gimessa to a nannydroid. Gimessa eventually ran away and her current whereabouts are unknown.
Haw'kens, with her personal protocol droid B0Z-L1 (affectionately referred to as "Boz-Li") currently oversees an all female group of agents known informally as "Char'Leez' Angels", who undertake undercover missions all across the galaxy.
