I had a head from a K-Mart figure that I wanted to get rid of, so I made this figure. My other goal was to use a Duke chest and make it unrecognizable.
I never understood how Duke could wear a backpack, as his bandoleer was only on the front and not the back, so I sculpted on straps. The neckerchief was added to hide Duke's double collar.
