Well, the running joke of my dio-story will possibly soon be at an end: I've finally put together a custom for Psyche-Out. The oft-mentioned, never-seen Joe psyche-ops liaison will have to make an appearance, I suppose.
One thing I wanted to do was to ground him more in a real military aspect, but I tried to keep his v1 color scheme somewhat close: Thus the gray shirt and green flak vest. I also went for something approximating army-gray digital camo (although my blocky brush makes it anything but digitized.
)

As for gear, I'm uncertain. I do have a 'low-freq sonic emanator' about half-built, but I don't know if I want the wrist-satellite dishes or the headgear, both of which look kind of silly to me.
Oh! Bonus ident-o-fun! Can anyone ID the RAH waist I used for this? I'm at a loss as to whose it was originally.
