After seeing Killuminati Robocop a couples of weeks back, I knew I had to try to do one myself. I purchace the pretty much static but well done Kotobukiya Robocop, and I did my best to add articulations. The articulation on the shoulder and knees have been taken on a Vader figure.

Now he is pretty well articulated. I made the helmet removeable and sculpted the back of a Gung -Ho head to make it look like Robocop. I think I did a okay job at sculpting it, but I had a miserable time trying to match the color. Anyway, here he is, and congrat to Killuminati for giving me the idea.

I think it would be doable if I had a second Robocop figure. One that you scarp the top part of the torso were the armor plating stop. So you can sand the lower torso round and fit in it a ball joint. Then with the second figure you scrap the lower torso and grind the uper torso inside to give it the shape to fit on the lower torso of the first figure.

The only thing that bothers me is the neck, other than it being skinny, he's fantastic, awesome job on the mods, paints and sculpting, also very creative.

That is fantastic. Brilliant work on the joints. Now all we need is for MJ to release series 5 with the Auto 9 pistol.

You did a great job on that. The proportions and paint are very well done.

Wow! That is freakin' cool! Is that one of those gashapon figs? I've seen one at my local comic shop and was curious of the scaling potential.

I love everything about this custom. Now I have to find one of those base figures.
