A man without destiny...
A man without family...
A man without a career...
A man without any abilities...
A man without (almost) no reason for live...

BOB found his place in the world in the Cobra organization, helping to fight for a better world as a cleaning-plumber-carpenter...

A place where he can getup late, spend 2 hours in the bathroom, left work undone, eat 6-8 doughnouts every breakfast, take a shower once a week, smoke while he watch movies in his underwear until 2-3 AM...

Find your destiny joining Cobra forces!
Where people like BOB can do their best for the World domina... Liberation!

Once, I loaned Bob $20. He never repaid it. He's so lazy.

Might I venture to say you may have created something special here. I am thinking of buying another pee viper just to make one.

They say that if you go out to a cemetery at midnight when the moon is full and say Bob’s name three times he will saunter out from behind a mausoleum, a half empty bottle of whisky grasped tightly in one hand, his uniform stained with his own vomit. Most dismiss it as mere urban legend but I believe…

Also Bob is so lazy that one night he woke up & saw Snake-eyes infiltrating the Cobra Base, but his Laziness stopped him to push the alarm button and he continued sleeping.

This is one fo the most original concepts for a character I've ever seen. I like the kookiness of it. The Dilbert of Cobra.
