I dont read a whole lot of DC titles, but I do dig cool art. I saw Mary Marvel's new black costume and the art was very nice, so I made a custom of it. Thanks to GIJoey who provided me some pics to help me out. Mary Marvel (Black costume) "Shazam!" ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Nice use of Supergirl! Dye-job? It looks totally smooth. Excellent figure, can't wait till Lev sees it! ![]() |

Yeah... It's frowned upon if I have dye in the house too. I've got no idea why the dye I had mixed decided to eat through the plastic jug & spill all over the wood floor... ![]() |

Have I made clear how much I dislike the whole Black Mary thing? Just wanted to be sure. That being said, nice work on the figure. Who's head is that? |

Sehcould use some tightening up on the eyes and eyebrows. I probably would ahve went with flesh colored hands too but I don't know why. I attached a pic to shw what I mean. |

Yeah, one eyeball is bigger than the other and it really stands out in these pics. I went with black hands, that's how the costume is. |

What would really help the eyes is a teeny tiny line of flesh across the top of the eyeball, to give her an upper eyelid. I've seen Aly do it and it totally fixes the bug-eyed look so many of us get when doing eyes. Aside from that, nice work Bri. Mixing the Lady2 legs onto the Lady1 body works well. |

The large eyes sort of make her look younger, about 15 to 16, and while I don't really know too much about Mary Marvel, I love the custom, it somewhat reminds me of the black leather costumes from the X Men Movies. Awesome. |
