Artic Tele viper (new sculpt)

I got some of that Mighty Putty (as seen on tv) stuff from Wal Mart the other day to try and make the fur collar for a Artic Viper for my Artic Cobra troops. Here's the results. The grey on his face I'm saying is a mask to keep his face warm in the sub-zero temps.

very nice painting and sculpting. Only crit I have is maybe sand some facial features down so he doesn't look so much like having a grey face.

Maybe a bit of sculpting on the face so it'll feel like a snow serpent mask, other then that good stuff.

he looks great and i like the purple to remind us he came from the tele corps.

Cool idea...How'd the Mighty Putty work out? If it's anything like Plumbers putty, which i assume it's just the exact same stuff, I'm guessing it started hardening up on you before you got a chance to fully form and detail the sculpt....I've been using Miliputt recently...works exactly the same...just has a longer work time (20 Min as oposed to 5)

1st thing I'd change is the mask. either cut the mask from a Snow Wolf/ Snow Serpant helmet...or sculpt somthing similar

Color match a bit more...the main body is a bit more white than the arms and legs...if you can't find a good macth..you might have to move beyond the LBC-esk part matching.... I'd also match the colors of the furr.

I think I'd thin out the sculpted furr a fair bit more...especially right in front...really try and make it work with the Televiper parts as opposed to taking over the whole TV chest like it is now. and bring the SS blue up from just the leg straps so it's sharred on the vest and chest straps too...

A Very cool idea...Somthing I'll have to give a try using ARAH parts...I know I've got Serpant parts...not so sure on the Tele's.

I kinda like the grey face area, it looks more like a mask like what the immortals had in 300, for example.

Thanks for the compliments and critiques guys. This is only my fourth custom total and first one that I did with trying to sculpt anything at all. I might try it again and do all the sculping on the arms and torso myself next time for practice along with a mask of some sort. :-)
