Took some pics to show what I've been working on...and where some of my ideas are taking me:

1st is an update to my BWACP I: Space Ninja... was really not happy with how the 1st one's helmet attached...it just kinda sat there and wouldn't stay in place. I took advantage of a cheap and shot w/ BBs V1 Payload helmet to upgrade the other one that had been mangled quite a bit more. Interesting fact: Payload, Deep Six V2, Secto Viper, and BA Destro can all swap helmets...the diameter of the neck is the same on al of them...just depends what head you're trying to put under the helmets.

Next up is Faboulous Trooper...kinda shocked I've not seen this done before. Not happy with how the paint took to the armor and weapons...it's still a bit tacky and too thick...I'll continue to play with this as the weather gets better and gives me more opportunities to spray paint.

This is the start to my answer of what to do with 20+ Big Bens....As much fun as making a Bra and Panties for CabanaJack's wife Broken Crotch would be...I like doing a bit of work on a V2 Snow Serpant head...Similar to Raptor's use of the Night Creeper head...we'll see how far this project reaches. The other stub is also on my Dremel bench...just gonna be a generic thug/citizen...maybe he'll be BoneSawWW..dunno...but he's springing out of the Secret Santa figures Lance Sputnik did for Hulk Hogan.

Dr. Edward Villainous McGuffin and Clamps...a very enjoyable set of customs...the reasons I've not finished any of the past 2 Group Projects I've started...and intended to be a direct threat to Project MindCrime. Clamps is all but done...just need to work on a back pack for him...and then direct the hoses somewhere....maybe work up a helmet from a V1 Toxo Viper.

Dr. E. Vil. McGuffin is not so near complete....I really NEED another Stretcher skiff Windshield...I over paid for one with a Stretcher I dont' need on Ebay...but i NEED at least one more...maybe 2 or 3 depending on how much trial and error I still have to go through.

Did you strip the chrome off the Super Trooper parts before painting them? If not that might be why the paint isn't curing completely. Give them a 24 hour tip in some Pine-sol and most of the chrome should come right off. I've done this with Microman parts and it works really well. And if you use the lemon scented Pine-sol your parts will smell great!

Love Dr. Edward Villainous McGuffin- very cool looking custom. The finished product should rock.

Space Ninja is improved over the original. I reserve judgment until the year 2013 when you finish him. :D

Super Fabulous Brawler looks great. You might want to consider painting the flashlight lens but that is pretty nit picky.

Project Big Ben works but I'm more interested in seeing BoneSaw ina more compelte state.

Dr. E. Vil McGuffin looks more like that pyrmaid headed guy from the Silent Hill video games. http://www.shamusyoung.com/twentysidedt ... d_head.jpg

Clamps is the bomb. Abolsutely brilliant idea and beautifully executed.

Now that would be neat - a fresh smell with these cool toys. Can you have anything better?

Good work Nova. I really like old Clamps there. He is pushing the limits on the bizzare. Dr. E buts the bizzare behind us and goes straight for the twisted.

Its really nice to see the inner artistic mind of Nova. I will certainlly be checking back.

Dude, you know I love Clamps. That little bastard is so awesome, and you people don't even know, because you haven't held him in your hand. He's even more spectacular in person. And Space ninja CB is a vast improvement over the original - which I also liked. I like theLifeline mask coming out of the helmet too

McGuffin coming together nicely, and is conceptually [LASER BLAST], but you know - needs finished

Fabulous Trooper... :rotfl: I like it. I am a big fan of the zany Brawler customs, and this is a clever one. No suggestions on the goopy paint though.

I like your thinking on the Big Ben. Can you come up with that many SS heads though?

Clamps looks done...Great thoughts on him. The figures that I see with a lot of potential are the Space Ninja and the Snow Serpent v2. I like where you are going with the space ninja and it looks like he is nearly ready for painting. As for SS v2, are you going arctic or some other environment? Whatever the case, I see potential there!
