Here is one I did for the Sigma 6 guys over at JBL. Its one that they wanted to see my take on and I have to say I'm rather pleased with how it came out. What a great use for those War Hulk accessories. I like the design and follow through here a lot. I probably would have done his boots differently to make him look less military. Probably would have used some bigger shin guards and painted the feet to match them. |

The boots definitely were an issue for me until I worked up a backstory for him in my head. I see him as a former soldier that got caught up in one of Mindbender's pre-Serpentor experiments in DNA and human modifications. So the boots are part of the uniform he wore as a soldier. Not the best idea but it works I guess. If I had an extra Grand Slam I would have used those boots but the one I have is slated to be Hellboy eventually. Glad you guys like him. I know he's not the typical design but I think I captured the iconic parts of the character. |

I can buy your backstory...It works. I like how he feels all gladiator...to me anyway. I almost expected him to be wearing an armored skirt thing...
