Did a little head swap with Flint today. Makes him look more like he is supposed to look in my opinion. I also seperated the part of his belt that is supposed to go his holster since I didn't like it not being attached.

Hope you enjoy

Another great head-swap and belt mod.

You've got a knack for choosing the right parts, and now the figure doesn't look like James Franco dressed as Flint for Halloween.

Is that the JvC head? It looks much better. Good call on the belt too.

Thanks guys,
I went back and forth in trying to decide if I liked the "James Franco" head for Flint. Obviously I decided it didn't look enough like Flint for me. I went for a more comic book attitude with the character than the more seasoned veteran in the cartoon.
Levantine that is actually the JvsC Flint head. It is a pretty good sculpt and I've used it with my other flint custom from awhile back.

X-I'm actually not going to be doing too much customizing with the 25th anniversary figures. I like many of them 'as is' and for me my primary customizing is still going to be done in the JvsC scale and style.
However I don't mind having a second line of figures in my collection (the 25th anniversary stuff) being more cartoon/comic and less real world as most of my customs tend to be.

I don't dig the JvC head and definitely don't think it's an improvement over the head that Flint comes with, though I'm speaking somewhat blindly since I haven't seen the new Flint figure in person.

That said, brilliant execution. I love the belt mod.

Yep, he looks perfect - I actually see Flint now instead of some dope in a beret.

Awesome job - consider your web-gear idea swiped :D

Thanks Cheif, I'm glad you like him. I'm pretty happy with the head as well. Gives across a more arrogant Flint then the head he came with. I wanted to combine the attitude of the cartoon with the comic, which would make a pissed off cocky kind of guy. I finished up the glove mod and should have some pictures up eventually.
