I knew I wanted to use the 25th Shipwreck to make a few policemen. Yesterday at TRU they had the Emergency Force sets in stock . . . along with two Shipwrecks. So I bashed the the EF parts onto the Shipwreck. I think it's great to have some cops to go against my Super Villains and of course Cobra.
I just ordered 4 more Shipwrecks from BBTS (on sale for $3.99) to make a few others.

I also bashed the SWAT figure onto a 25th Snake Eyes.

That cop with the 'stache on the right is really giving me a Village People vibe.

That's a great idea though. Nicely done.

Nice! May have to pick up some Shippys myself. You can never have too much cop-fodder to go up against zombies.

What set had the SWAT guy?

Was it the one with the Car?

I'm glad someone said it first.
Nice customs though, I might have to borrow this idea.

This was a six figure set (Comes with two of those "Cutter" looking figures too). I'm going to pick up another tomorrow. I'll post a pic of the unopened package.

I think it's the neck tie with the deep diving colar that really gives that one cop such a village people look.

Yeah, I'm not such a fan, and have been on the fence about removing it. I'm going to make a "bigger" guy for the next one. I'll keep the tie on him instead.

Also, these look better in person. Not that they look bad in the pics.

Yah, lose the tie and paint some white undershirts on them and they'll look a lot less weird. Shippy's muscularity and the cop's 'stache are what are really giving off the Village People vibe to me. Just think, in a couple waves you'll be able to get Spirit to join in! Maybe we'll get a Tollbooth so you can do the construction guy as well.

/Suddenly hopes for a 25A Airtight so I can maybe do DEVO.

They do really remind me of the Village People but its not just your sculpting or mods that do it. I get a little giggle whenever I see that Chap Mei head (stash).

Honestly, it is very nice work.

So I open the link and see the cop on the right with the stache.

The opening notes of 'YMCA' start in my head.

I scroll down to see the comments left by others...

I am SO glad I'm not the only one thinking Village People.

I gotta say "BRAVO" for having the guts for bashing these together and trying heads from different toy lines.

Thanks for the feedback. I always appreciate it.
I will rework these when I get home from work (luckily for me I get out at 3PM today :-D ).
