Sgt. Flash didn't wanna be a pinhead no more so I gave him a transplant from the SW Rebel Honor Guard:

Comic Pack head, Toyfare Pack torso and waist with legs from Urban Pack Alley Viper.

that head does look good for flash, SE is pretty cool too,
