Well the trade isn't as some much completed. I am still waiting to receive but thats ok, I am just waiting to receive is all ;-) I just wanted to post what I gave him and I suppose that's it.

I had a lot of fun doing the Mandoloria (however you spell it) his name I figured is Pun Fey. He looks sort of like a concept I drew a long time ago of a Royal Guard turned Mercenary after the death of the Emperor. Not sure how the name came about it just sort of fell out of my head for what its worth. The spray that I used to seal the paint blended the silver paint just a bit to give a kind of shiny yet weathered/beaten/ sleightly uneven look. Which I was going for - its pretty subtle and don't really show up in the pictures.

Parts -
Boba Phett PotF
Dr. Mindbender cloak
Sgt. Hacker leg armor (spy troops)
Corps rifle
Workable fixit to seal paint

The speeder bike was an old custom from when I first started customizing again back in 2000 or so. I had taken a break from 1997 and had gotten back into it. I originally wanted to do it in neon colors but the paints I have don't cover real well. I am thinking that there to old or those colors for Testors in oil based paints just suck. After like eight or so layers after a base coat I could still see through it. So I just went with the red and saphire. Some of you may remember this from the Trade Section. I was thinking the the neon green gun on the bottom looked pretty silly, as there was no green in the entire bike with the exception of a wire. So I just painted it black and it looks a whole lot better, considering.

You won't see to many star wars customs from me. Although I do have a skiff planned sometime in the future. I have this part that is a solid base for a vehicle like those there riding around when the killed poor Jabba. Once bashed it should be a neat addition to the selection of those that are available. If nothing else it will be good pratice in a an area I need more skills in - Sci Fi.

I always felt sorry for Jabba. I mean its this guy trying to make a buck and he turns up successful. Then this spoiled rich girl wants her boyfriend back and this ego maniac dude wearing all black screws up your life's work because he gets all pissed about you making others own up to their debts. Luke and his cronies should have been locked up for the rest of there lives. After all they killed a bunch of innocent people at work!

A-MEN brother! Jabba REALLY got a raw deal in that movie. All he wanted to do was hang the frozen body of a deadbeat debtor on the wall. If no one ever paid him back, how's a giant worm creature supposed to make a living? He HAD to make an example out of Han Solo. And then the elitest, self righteous a$$hole rebels come in, choke him to death, and blow up his pimpin barge. Jabba's life was already hard enough because worm creatures always get picked last in junior high dodgeball, and then are the first to get creamed when the game starts.

Oh, and your customs rule too!

I like the color choice for the mando , I might dry brush some black or dark blue over the silver and red to tone them down just a bit.
Are those leg guards on his sholders?

The gun mounting on the speeder bike is now a stolen idea. Thanks.

Indeed they are leg guards for shoulder pads. I cut the Cobra symboled knee pads from a complete figure to make a respectable "Sgt. Hacker - Alley Viper Commander" which is pending completion. I like the sheen on Pun Fey who I figure is the type who doesn't get shot a hole lot and whats to stand out, but what Mando is really? Buts is up to Narc now he already has them. :-D

I can't wait to get the stuff so I can start on a respectable Winter Ops set - with vehicles.

A stolen idea...I can think of no better compliment. Well besides someone paying 100 dollars for the my little pony custom that you might have seen earlier. Hasn't happened yet but a fella can dream, right?

Thank you though the stolen idea means more than money either way. All you have to do is cut the original gun off and still leave a good portion of it sticking out with the original connection post. Then drill a hole in the gun you want and glue. Then it still turns and well is meaner looking.

The Speeder Troopers probably wouldn't have missed so much if they had these on Endor back in the day. :-D

I was happy to see the Emp shocking the crap out Luke and booed with Darth Vader went back to the good side.

What a sissy. :-)
