First off I want to give props to gargoyle and his post about has any one made a 25th Blackout yet from the comic book http://www.joebattlelines.com/phpBB3/vi ... f=5&t=2619 . after checking out his post and looking at the pic I just knew I had to make that version to go with the Bombstrike custom that I made..

As far as the parts list nothing really major just a 25th Beachead and a Comic pack General Abernathy head that is dead on with that pic and add a Marauder rifle to try and match up to the pic.

SO and now on to the pics I hope you guys enjoy his Blackout custom!

Other than the hair color, I can definitely dig it. It's basic and very effective for exactly who the character is. And I'm bias for the Stall family, kudos.

I dig him. The only critique I have is the missing Cobra forearm protectors. I always felt that was the one thing that set BO apart from other figures.

I like it. Has a dark, shadowy, stealthy feel.

Another awesome custom man! I don't think we'd be seeing either of these characters any time soon in the 25th line. Nor would we be seeing one as hot as that bombstrike :P

Oh well then, if its the comic look you're going for, well, then it works... almost.

Seriously, definitely a great representation of him as seen in those pages.

Great idea! I've been looking for a recipe - I think this is it (so simple, yet looks really sharp.)

My only problem with the Hawk head is that it looks pretty small. I used the same head to try & make a Hawk custom and I found it too pea-headed for the 25A bodies. But I think that's still the best-looking Hawk head out there - too bad they made it a tad too small.

Really nice job!
