Post subject:  Snow Serpent Commander (Every Joe #248)
In 2007 the GI Joe Collectors Club took some old ARAH molds and gave them very nice recolorings, often bringing much more detail to the final product than Hasbro had with the original releases.

Snow Serpent Commander is one of the figures, and could be arguably a "named"/not-an-army-builder character, since he has a file name.

The only big design change I made was to have the SSC holding his faceplate, to make him seem a bit more individual.

Thanks. I figured out the other day that I have about 150-ish characters to go. So I'm more than halfway through. (Maybe I need to figure out the whole website thing, eh?)
