Looks good. The head is pretty on point. I'm not so sure about the canteen though, considering as a pilot his job is to sit and that canteen would be mighty uncomfortable to sit on.

Thanks. It's a Doc head.

Thanks.

The canteen. You have found the one thing about the custom I was iffy about. Originally, I based this entire custom around a DCIH Commissioner Gordon head. But it was undersized, so I switched to the slenderest legs/waist I could find. There were no ARAH waists thin enough to work, so I used the NS waist, which is just a bit too small.

In defense of the canteen, it's a coincidental callback to the ARAH V2 Wild Bill, which had a round canteen on the backpack. But you are correct, it is out of place.

I added some mass to the Gordon head, but it ended up looking like George Lucas, so I pivoted to the Doc head as a replacement. So now I have a GL-ish head I have to use for something...

Very cool modification to the head. For a moment, the mustache made me think the head was Gung-ho.

Thanks!

The sculpting of the '83 heads really flows from one to the next. All of them were sculpted by the same person, I'd bet. The mouths, noses, jaws and ears have a very similar sculpt. It's just a shame that the Wild Bill head is so noticeable oversized.

It's too bad no 3D printers have made a size-reduced version of it, which I would have loved to have to paint and put on this custom.

Thanks! I got a little motivated to finish this one after seeing the Haslab Dragonfly.
