My first custom of 2008.

When I saw the gorgeous concept artwork that Gentleman did of Cobra Commander over at HissTank.com, I knew I had to do the figure;

Artwork:

Custom:

Recipe:
Beret: Custom cast from JvC Stalker
Head: Spy Troops Iron Grenadier
Figure: 25th Anniversary Firefly
Sleeve Patch: printed out from Joe Customs Wiki File Depository
Braid: gold coloured silk braid
Epaulettes: photoshopped and glued to styrene
Sash: 25th Anniversary Duke

I am rather pleased with this Urban Terrorist Cobra Commander and will be using it as my default CC from now on. Looks far more badass than a guy in a hood. Fits in better with my custom Joe collection.

that's pretty cool, I like the upper body but the camo looks a little weird.I ain't to good at painting camo and I know it ain't ez but there are those that it's a sinch for.
Good stuff though and glad you showed a different take on CC,
Tim
