Every Joe #223: Night Vulture Here are some Night Vultures, categorized as 2016 instead of 1991, although either year could have been used. I adopted the wing suit concept from the 2016 figures instead of the mini-gliders of the Air Commandos figures, so I went with 2016 for the year category. I blended both uniform designs, and made each NV slightly different from the others.
