Every Joe #217: The Black Major
An Action Force character, The Black Major was the second-in-command of The Red Shadows. The character was introduced directly into GI Joe lore by the GI Joe Collectors' Club in 2010.
I busied up the uniform a little bit with pouches here and there. In some of the Action Force comics he was portrayed as looking like he was fried and just about to break into a crazed fever, with dark circles around his eyes. I added a bit of that into the design.
