Every Joe #215: Cobra Diver Released by Hasbro in 2008, The Cobra Diver's packaging sported a tag identifying it as a cartoon-based figure. So, I could have wedged this into the Sunbow category, but we'll stick with 2008 since it's the release year. For the figure Hasbro recolored a Torpedo, topped with a new head. For the artwork, it's just a flip and recolor of my Torpedo artwork.
