Every Joe #213: Gallows One of The Plague characters introduced and then forgot in 2006, this is Gallows. This is a fair enough design that Hasbro didn't help by using a particularly gangly NS Snake-Eyes body.

Thanks. It's a decent set, but Gallows and Grim Skull were built on lanky NS Snake-Eyes bodies- which don't hold up very well. Guillotine's body was that of Cobra Coils, which still holds up almost 20 years later. |
