One of 2004's discarded characters, Neurotoxin was the leader (and a repaint) of the Sand Scorpions. To give him some individuality, the leather skull cap and Cyclops visor are removed. This allows a better view of his head, featuring more of the creepy skin slits and revealing the mutated eyes.

You got just the right mix of superhero and ns Joe. I could see this as a base for lots of recolors for various cobra factions. |

The artwork will get tweaked and reused for the Sand Scorpions. As far as the toys, there was a lot of potential, but Hasbro didn't do much with it, like it did with the Neo Vipers. |
