The Cobra Dignitary Officer appeared in one issue of Marvel's GI Joe in which Cobra and the State Department were having a meeting. The design was simply a Crimson Guard figure recolored blue, but what a fantastic idea.

Thanks for the issue title. I went back and looked it up. It’s #48 for anyone else who may be interested. In all the times I’ve read this issue, I never realized that guy was wearing that uniform. Very nicely done! It’s always great to see some O-ring customs being done. And, I especially like it when obscure characters are chosen. Again, well done. |
