Another long time custom finally finished. Can one person be so lazy that they had a custom finished but never got around to spray painting the giant telescope thing?

Yes. And I am that person.

Another custom made to fill in the gap and replace the FSS figure that I wasn’t impressed with.

I slightly changed up some things, such as adding black to the upper arms instead of red pouches. They aren’t glued in yet, so I can swap them out. Not sure which would look better? I painted the boot area to try to mimic the ARAH figures lower leg look.

Looks great! Much better than the FFS version. Is that a paint effect or a photographic effect that's making the details pop like that?

That absolutely works.

Yours seems a little harder edged than the original figure (in attitude and body type - the ARAH version always looked a little too round/soft to me).

I had to look up the FSS version. Also unimpressed by that effort.

I only have an iPhone now so I had to filter it to get the lighting right, but I’m not sure which one it went though. I’ll watchjj by it next time because it does make it pop!
