This is not Big Boss. This is Fortnite’s Riptide holding a Huck Doll surfboard. Pretty solid sculpting on it overall and would be a fine figure in and of itself.

Speaking of Solid. THIS is an LBC Big Boss aka Naked Snake from the Metal Gear Solid videogames. Body is Jazwares Halo USNC Marine with a Marauder beret and Joe MP5.
