My first entry (and hopefully not the last), I give you Mr. Whisper. Don’t let the cane fool you, Mr. Whisper is a dangerous being, known for stealing souls with his ghoulish eyes. Mr. Whisper never raises his voice, and speaks as though he’s from an Old Charles Dickens novel.

Love his steampunk vibe. Trapping souls in that green chest piece reminds me of that movie 9. |
