The base for the big black bat is a Marvel Legends Showdown Beast figure with a Boss Fight mini-kit head.
The head for the horned gray demon is from the Boss Fight female gargoyle.
The skull of the white feathered guy is from Vehemous with an aztec looking headdress from one of the mini-kits. Not real feathers, just great sculpting. The other skull is from the deluxe skeleton character builder kit.
The base for the big robot guy is a Marvel Universe Cable, a mini-kit Boss Fight head and hands, and a Star Wars Magna Guard cape.
