i'll try to put my projects all in here for 2021.

MOTU wips. i had to stop myself from taking 100pics since these are all far from done. just parts, no paint yet. i was really liking my he-man, until i edited these pics. i'm hoping some harness straps will change the weird looking shoulders. man at arms also looked better before pics. i have changed skeletor 6 times today. beastman got some gauntlets today.teela is untouched from my last fantasy stuff.

he-man is a corpse head, streetfighter torsoe grafted onto a FN crotch. thor arms?, FN upper theighs w/B&B lower rest of legs. mcd's fur boot tops ,and unknown joe style feet. one of my early brass swords.

man at arms is a mcd head and armor, a FN havoc? torsoe and waist with green jonesy crotch, leggs, and arms. blue arm armor from some larger scale line. his mace is my 3rd go at one. it is made from an animal planet boat motor or something, mounted on a screw. FN gun.

skeletor is the mcd's head on black panther? base w/FN upper/lower legs (mixed) and frost giant feet. his shoulder and waist pieces are cut from a FN figure. sculpted staff from way back.

beastman is a mcd's head on a streetfighter base with sf ken? lower legs and wookie feet. along with various bits.

i have purple underwear!

red wizard got new hands and finally glued together, high priest of the golden dawn aka otho lost his feet, dark wizard new build, ancient one lbc, apprentice lbc, serpent king got a better neck.

thanks jm70! that is a trick of shadows plus a contrast filter. it is still factory silver, but now i got to paint it :) .the figure is a tiny "how to train your dragon" guy.

finally got some pics of things i have been tinkering on.

my dragon hunter band. updates include a brand new member "horses'arse man" and new warduke build. the archer got fortnite lower arms and hands to better wield a bow (bow was an alternate i made during the SE contest). the wee goblin slayer got new hands and a shield.

warduke has been a journey. this is version 4 or 5 for me. i just got his gear on last night. his shoulder guard and belt are cut from a sandal that looked to be for a 20" figure. his torso is chap mei with fortnite waist. right arm is major barrage w/fn gauntlet and hand. left is fn upper ij lower, and fn hand. right leg is fn grafted on unknown bare leg w/unknown boot. right leg is mixed fn w/armor made from a huge scope and nails for spikes. i had to use homemade brass jumprings to bind the web gear. the skull is off a spawn figure i think, and it is held by steel wire that holds the belt to his shoulder strap. i spent some frustrating hours on the poorly made dagger, man i miss working in a shop!

the executioner from my original dragon hunters is now just an executioner, with an all new build,

my 4 knights got a new member, and some upgrades.
l-r the red knight got a new head, red hood, and shield. the black night got a new base, shoulder armors, boot cuffs, gloves, and shield cut from a megabloks dragon. the pale knight is all new addition going towards a middle eastern look. the white knight just got a shield.

the gray knight struck out on his own. he got a new base, some fn hands, cc feet, and a shield (no paint, but all the colors meld well!). savage bunny got a fur collar, new bone axe, and his swinging balls got a hook on his belt. the elven guy is newish and is all fn except for head and clothing bits.

spring,summer, fall ,winter or some gods of those seasonal changes. maybe?
