Lt Petee Morr had been assigned as an on-mission specialist to aide Agent Sorak in a case involving interplanetary art thieves. Experiencing some mild intrigue retrieving the artifacts and apprehending the thieves, Lt Morr's troubles really began upon their return to Federation space. After being told by the Andorian Ambassador that he'd never heard of Tholar nor his halberd caused a Lt Morr a moment of significant discombobulation as she knew Tholar to have been one of the Aenar Andorians' greatest heroes and a significant figure in the cultural/political unification of ancient Andoria. She knew it'd be impossible for an Andorian to not have heard of him or his giant-killing Halberd.

Reconnecting to Federation CommsNet she learned she herself apparently didn't exist either. Researching her specialty she learned significant events of the preceeding 104 standard years of Federation history had changed, notably centering around the results of the Federation/Kzinti War coming to a stalemate instead of a significant Federation victory. From there, she learned that a century-long fractious relationship had blossomed into full-on galactic war as the Kzinti allied themselves with Beta Quadrant forces calling themselves the Covenant of the Forerunners. A war the Federation was losing...

Now, lost in a wronged present with a past that no longer exists; can Lt Morr have a future at all?

Lt Morr is a bash of the MU X-23 figure with the boots, collar, commbadge, and 'Empire dress' cut off the "LASER BLAST" 2009 Playmates Lt Uhura. That was drilled hollow into a sleeve that was slipped onto the bottom of X-23's ribcage and glued in place. It's a snug joint with very little range of movement but she does have a ball-motion torso joint in there. The phaser and tricorder are casts from the inestimable JE Russell again.
