My favorite 1986 Joe, this is Low Light. The uniform is the tradition one, with some minor alterations. The wool cap is pulled down farther on the head than on the figure, mostly to obscure the hair. The face is unshaven, in between the original/Slaughter's Marauder's Low Light and the Dino Hunters Low Light (it's best to ignore the Low Light with jet black hair). And built-in knee pads, something a sniper might find useful.

As a bonus, here is that artwork recolored to match the Slaughter's Marauders Low Light, the Dino Hunters Low Light, and the 2001 Low Light. Although the DH figure and '01 figure used an entirely different figure, it was fun to translate their color sets onto the original figure's design. These aren't exact translations, as each figures' designs are so unique. I was surprised by how easily the DH and '01 colors grafted onto the original figure design.

another great set. I had the slaughter marauders version so it really gets my nostalgia going. that last recolor has a great SWAT team vibe i'd like to recreate in a figure.
