#35 Shooter
Shown on a computer screen in Marvel's GI Joe #1 to fill in a spot for a dossier, but later revealed (or retconned) to be a hidden sniper, Shooter was the Joe quietly detached from the rest of the original team. To give Shooter a throwback feel, she's drawn in a uniform similar to that of Zap and Short-Fuze, but with some pouches added to the belt. 2016 is when Hasbro gave us an actual action figure of her.
