UPDATE
Sitting here on a Friday night watching the Firefly marathon on Sci Fi channel and decided to upload some pics of my WIP of the Baroness' Praetorian Gaurd: The Vipressess.. (still don't know if I have that right)

Praetorian Commander: Viper head, shaved, Baronees body, Scarlett ponytail. Not sure if the Blue quite matches, so it may not be a LBC if I go ahead and paint it.





Next I took a Baronees V6 (the one with the removable glasses) and sacrificed the hair. In cutting it up (and my finger only once), I managed to carve 4 distinct hairpeices out of it. the one on the far left I will paint a ribbon/holder on it half way down where it flares. I plan on a blonde (to replace the one I sent to Sharkbait), a brunette, a dirty blonde, and maybe a fiery red. This will give me four members of the Praetorian Gaurd, and the Commander. An equal to the Night Stalkers, and my very own LBC "screw the man, I'll make my own."

I am currently attempting to mold and cast some more heads with the carved down neckballs, and once they are complete I intend to post a group pic.

So....I have a bunch of single pack VvV Baroness, and figured I needed to use them somehow, and since I missed out on the con:

The Baroness, infuriated that Claymore would have a squad of leatherclad hottie warriors, has created her own unit under her direct command: The Vipressess

Body: VvV Baroness
Head: PP New Sculpt viper (neck ball shaved down)
Hair: VvV Baroness (cut and glued)

Thanks to PoisonBladed who provided the head for my next one. this is just the prototype.

Critiques welcome, tear it up! My next one is to be a redhead.

Since you have at least one of the blue Baroness figures, are you planning to have a 'field officer' version in blue?

Yes, the plan was for a blue officer, and a squad of 5-12 of the black leather clad vipresesesse (how the heck do you spell that?)

blondes, brunettes, red heads. I thought I would lay off the black hair and leave that to Baronesse.

really like it. the hair coming out the back actually looks realistic, and the slimmer helmet works great for a female.

Not bad at all, I think once you start casting the head with reduced neckball, you'll see lots of copies,

I tried something similar last year making cobra intel agents, just basically took every female head I had and put them on baroness bodies.

But this is much cooler.

Awesome idea buddy. I like how the modified helmets look on the overall figure base you chose. It helps to really make the trooper unique.
