Post subject:  Dieter Lehmann AKA Dr. Mindbender
Bio (from my Universe United)- It is unknown how old Dieter Lehmann is. It was documented that he worked on the V-2 ballistic missile for the Nazis in the early 40s. Lehmann moved State side in the 60s, and was lost underground, hidden by an organization known only as Cobra. He then resurfaced as Dr. Mindbender in late 1998, to help the Umbrella corporation develop the "T" virus. Soon after he helped Destro, and Cobra, by overseeing the "Dead End" virus.

The hands are from a Vader figure I know that. I've used them myself lol.
I love this take on Mindbender! Very...Rasputin from Hellboy-ish lol.

The combination of the labcoat and the thick black gloves make that a creepy-ass figure. Nice work!!

Thanks, guys. The body is from a 21st Century figure with Vader gloves. The head is from Vilmarh Grahrk. And the coat I did myself.

Tim, that whole figure, save for the head and gloves, is a 21st Century. All sculpting was done by them.
