  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

This is my first foray into the 25th anniversary customizing. I don't think it turned out bad.

The head is a GTG
the body is Zartan and the legs are Buzzer
The arms are the Star Wars
The Armor is Pre Cyborg Grevious//

I didn't want to give him an eye-patch. I wanted him to look like a survivor of the seas...with a little craziness.
I may do a 25th Crystalball

I don't know if I'd call him Zanzibar, but he looks good. Maybe some desert nomad type of Dreadnok or something?

I agree. He's a great dreadnok but I'm not feeling Zanzibar from him.

Ah, but ZA ZA...

My take on Zanzibar isn't the fruity eye-patched pirate. He is more of a nomad type.

I LIKE WERE U ARE GOIN WIT IT! CAN'T SAY I'M FEELIN THE HEAD AS HIM (THOUGH I DO LIKE THE WORK ON IT, JUST NOT FOR HIM). I ALWAYS SEEN HIM AS A LONG HAIRED DUDE LIKE THE V1 FIGURE.

Agreed. Extrememly cool custom though. Really like all the gear.

I think the mask is just a little too much. I do like the rest of the figure. Great parts, nice paint job. I would consider a ponytail just for a nod to the original.
