Ever wonder what to do with those extra POTC figures?
Ever look around and wonder where you could get a good available stock of Asian looking heads?

Well, my friends do I have a solution for you.

Use the POTC heads on the Extra Peg Warming Storm Shadows and you too can have a Ninja clan. Yup it's that easy. Is it a perfect fit? Eh..good enough for no painting, no gluing, no cutting, and no sculpting.

I popped Sao Feng's head onto Joe Storm Shadow's body and now I got a new Ninja. I'm thinking of either making him one of the many master's of the clan (which would keep him in white)

OR

Utilize the fact that he has a dragon tattoo on his head and call him the Dragon Master which would be a pre Black Dragon character before starting up his own Black Dragon organization.

OR use Krylon Fushion and make another Red Ninja.

How do I get rid of the grey camo partern? Anyone try that? Or should he be Grey w/ white trim?

Its not often a simple headswap can COMPLETLY change a figures look. But it looks pretty great. Makes me want that storm shadow...

That's great. LBC's are nearly always my favourite customs.

Some cool LBC weapons would be nice too.

looks good there, so the POTC figures have ball heads so they are easily swappable?
To get rid of the grey camo take your dremel and sand them off, it's what I did to make my Kamakura custom.
