| Here is a custom I just finished for DarrenHowlett All he gave me was a filename (Brick) and a specialty (Machine Gunner). He's kind of a companion piece to Lonestar Let me know what you think | |

| That is the best thing ever to come out of that horrid Ninja Force Zartan. It still doesn't justify it being made, but well done. - R | |

Skin tone might be a touch dark...especially with the dark face paints Only other thing he'd need to fit into the Joe standard of Awfuly Stereotyped Figures catagory is a chain of Arrow darts for his gun to fire.

| I stand corrected Nova. I amend my statement to be " the finest use of that crappy head as the only head on a custom..." - R | |

| As I've already said to Matthew, I just love the figure. I love customs in all of their forms, and I have an appreciation of both Military Authentic and Kids Toy styles. Matthew is capable of both and I'm ecstatic that he's agreed to do a short list of customs for me. Lone Star and Brick to me feel like they could have been released in 87-89. When all of the characters had to have a stand-out 'hook', not neccesarily entirely military either. I think Matthew has done a great job on these and I look forward to what he's got in store for me for the others... Brick looks to be a solid custom...right on par with your standard of work...I love how you've matched him with Lonestar...almost so much that I'd wish darren would change his name to better suit the pair. I half agree with you Nova - but what would be a good companion name? I have a massive diorama planned and I needed quite a few specific roles to be filled - that's why i gave Matthew a list of names and specialties only - he could interpret them how he wished. But now, after seeing Brick, he could probably use a more apt name - any ideas? Darren | |

Darren While it may be insensitive to Native Americans, the first name that I though of was "Wahoo" other names could be: Cheif, Brave, Tatanka, Running Wind...and you could keep going...I think a stereotypicaly "Indian" name would work.

I couldn't even tell it was the same head... That could have been anyones head with the amount of modification you put to it. Plus, he's got the helmet. Raptor: Never going to make a declarative statement ever again.

| How about simply Mohawk, as in the Anglican name for the Native American tribe, which translates into "man eater" because of their fierceness in battle. The back ground and the hair style fit perfectly. If you want to go corny, you could always go with Mo-Down. Get it? A Mohawk with a heavy machine gun will mow you down. | |

| I kinda like Mohawk. kinda. It would be like my code name being "The Canadian", but after the Con, I'm pretty sure that is my nick name. It's not so bad in context - especially since I'm calling my Texas Infantryman "Lonestar" - kinda works. Thanks for the suggestions - I think he's now "Mohawk" Darren | |

| Wow, he looks way more indian than Spirit does. They should have used this skintone for Spirit too. Does Cobra actually have a Native American in it's army? This could be the first, he looks bad . Tim 121RVC | |
