The son and father both lead different armies within it...Black Plague is the leader of the range vipers and his personal guards(SAW viper and ROCK viper, a former commune leader)...Black Plague has developed the Range Bats.

General BLOOD-SAW viper: Baris Manco, second in command of Deaths Head. Defective SAW viper. Known for his blood red armor and short fuse. Often conflict...BLOOD-SAWs grandfather participated in the Armenian genocide. Often fights with "Peace"
Maj. "Peace": Formune commune leader turned Rock viper...Takes care of the Deaths Head. Although a pacifist, Black Plague has trained him to be proficient in most arms. He is a force to be reckoned with....
DECIMATOR LEADS NEPTUNE: Military organization
Decimator leads the NEPTUNE....an advanced organization who has no feeling for Cobra/Iron Grenadiers, GI JOE...They are nor good nor bad. They do both. Known extensively for their community work...Yet, they are a force to be reckoned with.
The rankings for the NEPTUNE/BUGG crew are:
Decimator: Lead commander, vehicle commander, and sovereign leader of Deaths Head. He commands the BUGG module.
Hammerhead: Decimators general & BUGG driver, known for his shoulder mounted cannon and proficiency of all weapons. Leader of the Neptune-Guard....Rumored to be an experiment by Cesspool.
Cyclops: Decimators scientist/BUGG navigator. It is rumored he is not human, but closely related to the BlackStars. Known for his helmet which has one eye in the middle of it...Rescued from Cesspools lab during the Los Angelas raid. Was found in the prototype of the BIOLUMINISCENCE craft. Was once a great space pirate.
CRUSTACEAN: Ship gunner.....Lived on the same commune as Peace. Not much is known about this individual in a strange helmet. Rumored to have connections to the Joe Sci-Fi.
SLOOP JOHN B.(A.T.): NEPTUNES indestructible BAT. Brutal & Malicious in battle, but a gentle android when not engaging Joe, Cobra, DESTRO, or Cesspool...He tells the crew stories at night..... Known for his double bladed arms. His personality comes from a programming defect and listening to too much Beach Boys.
MAKO-guard: The equivilent of the Crimson Guard leaders Tomax and Xamot.... 2 hand selected individuals, they guard and do all the infantry for Neptune. Most often seen with Hammerhead.

Vapor: Maverick pilot....Recently defected from Cobra. Now serves as one of Deaths Heads two pilots. He flies the Bioluminiscence aircraft and works with Maj. Wavy Gravy to develop new technologies.
Nemacyst: Real name: Wayne Lee Williams/DECIMATORS godfather, A native of Arkansas and former bee keeper/entyomologist/truck driver/banjo maestro...briefly served as an Aero Viper(COBRA) and a Conquest(GI JOE) pilot before defecting from both. Alternate pilot of the Biolumiscence. When not piloting the Bioluminescense he serves as Cyclops assistant....Known for his down home humor and cooking. Rumored to be related to Bill Clinton.
Maj. Wavy Gravy: DECIMATORS brother in law. Lead gunner and heavy weapons specialist...a defected WORMS...a former physics professor. Joined NEPTUNE to fight COBRA. Kicked out of COBRA for getting up there in age(he's the oldest member of Deaths Head at 63)
The vehicles:
COBRA BUGG, a stolen BUGG.
The BIOLUMINISCENCE one man craft....Stolen and sabotaged from Cesspools labs...these vehicles glow in the dark...Rumored to be salvaged from Cyclops when he crashed in the Mojave desert. The craft is not developed from any technologies...the toxo vipers were using its prototype as an irradiator vehicle, but their plans were destroyed....
MANTA-RAY: The bomber of the NEPTUNE....one of the largest planes ever produced. Piloted by Black Plague/Nemacyst. Extremely expensive to fly...Remains hidden in a hangar in the Berkeley hills.
