Well, the title says it all. I plan on doing a whole mideval D&D fantasyverse. So, I give you the 1/18th gnome mage.

Here is the link to look at close ups of the new gnomish nose, and close ups of the effects.

I know this strays from the regular Joe norm, but any thoughts are welcome.

Lol, some of the close ups make him look sunburned and peeling. I'm not sure why the extreme zoom does this as the flesh does not apear this way in person. I'm guessing the flash is exagerating the wash and drybrushing on the skin.

On a side note the new nose makes him look like Patrick Stewart to me......

This is great. I'm a HUGE fan of customs not only outside the box but customs using other body types. (Short, fat, etc, etc)

Great use of that Marty fig. I can't wait to see what else you do.

Very cool idea and nice use of those old Chap Mei "Wizard's Magic" accessories!

Very nice work! I'm a fan of any fantasy-type custom (and moving into that area myself, with Shannara, D&D and my own created world) and we just don't see enough of these. You really captured him well, like a 3-D version of an artist's oil painting, really. Keep it up! :-)

Awesome job. I have the same accessories, and am using them for my Drow customs.

Fantasy customs, D&D customs, Conan customs, Shannara customs...I love it. My type of sandbox.

Seconded. And does anyone know a line that sells removable medieval armour that would fit that fig?

You can see it still needs some clean up, but you get the idea.

Sweet!! Now I have to get some more Marty figs and make some Dwarves and other "little people". I swear, I have no imagination whatsoever - I'm so glad that guys like you are here so I can steal your ideas :P

And the Dremeled Chap Mei helmet is awesome - I hadn't gotten any Knights stuff (except the "Skeletor" dude), so I didn't know the visors worked. Now I'm gonna head to KBs and snag me some.

Really cool all around - great ideas!

Is the PotC midget hard to come by? He wasn't in any of the toy stores I hit this weekend.
