From the personal memoirs of Bru's Wain:

The Goth'am District of Galactic City has never been as beautiful or safe as the majority of Coruscant, but it has always been home. During the waning years of the Old Republic, she began to lose her shine and criminals began to set up shop in her once bustling business district eventually infecting every meter of Goth'am. My family knew it was getting run down, but my father was a prominant businessman and a highly skilled doctor who was devoted to his many patients here so we would not move.

One night when I was just a boy, we were leaving the holo theatre and cut down an alleyway as a shortcut to get to our airspeeder. We had no way of knowing that death was waiting in that alley. Death for my loving parents. An addict, high on spice, accosted us at blasterpoint demanding my father's money and my mother's jewelery. My father gave the mugger his credit chips to appease him but when the mugger tried to rip off my mother's necklace, my father grabbed his wrist. The mugger shot my father at point blank range, killing him instantly. He then shot my mother and fled into the night leaving me alone with the bodies of my slain parents.

In the years that followed, the Clone Wars broke out across the galaxy and Goth'am continued to decay. I was sheltered away at university on Alderaan while my father's business partner Luci'us Foks ran Wain Enterprises' many holdings. After graduating from university, I travelled the galaxy searching out masters of all forms of armed and unarmed combat, the galaxy's greatest detectives, and even a Jedi Master in hiding. From these individuals, I learned everything I would need for the life I vowed to lead.

During the early years of the Galactic Empire, Goth'am became one of the worst districts on Coruscant. Crime was so rampant that it was almost like living on Nal Hutta or The Smugglers' Moon. Not even fear of the Emperor could curtail the rising tide of violence. After the Empire's defeat, it got even worse as the fledgling New Republic government was too busy trying to reunite the galaxy to bother with a district right in the shadow of the Senate itself.

It was at this time of Goth'am's darkest hours that I had completed my training and was ready to return home and clean up my city. Knowing that all criminal scum are a superstitious and cowardly lot, I would need to become a vision that would instill fear in them. I came to the form of that vision almost as if guided to it by the force when an enormous hawkbat smashed through one of the old fashioned glass windows of my study. It's leathery wings, pointed ears, and long whipping tail would certainly do the trick. I procured a prototype suit of battle armor form one of WainTech's labs and fashioned it into a form more suited to my mission.

As for my armament, I chose against using blasters as I abhore them for taking the lives of my parents. I procured many unproduced prototype weapons from WainTech's military division and made some cosmetic changes to them to better fit my bat motif. My primary weapons are thrown vibrobades I like to call "Batarangs". They automatically return to my gauntlets after being thrown, shutting down their vibroedges one meter from my location so they can be caught by hand. Another often used weapon is my "Bataxe", another, larger, more powerful vibrobade. I also employ a number of various detonators (thermal, plasma, concussion, smoke, ion, etc.) which are carried in a utility belt across the battle armor's waist. Other devices such as grappling/rapelling gear, electro lock picks, etc. are also stored in the belt.

Criminals of Goth'am beware, The Bat stalks the night.

That looks really good man. I enjoy following the posts of old-favorites into the Star Wars Universe. Well executed.

That Infinities Vader was just screaming to be made into Batman, glad someone finally went for it. Nicely done. The head was a good choice too.
