After Levantine started this thread earlier today, I got the bug to build my own updated Master Chief figure.
I already had one made out of Spy Troops figs, but there was never any real effort put into it - just some painting. This time around, I got out the Green Stuff and went to work. Sure, I should have taken my time and done a piece at a time over a couple of days, but I was just having too much fun:
I went for the "battle damaged" look - lots of dings, etc (made it easier to sculpt, too, because little flaws weren't that big of a deal.)
I've read descriptions of MC's "unmasked" look (taken from the books), and decided to put that aborted 25A Hawk head to good use:
Entire fig was a 25A Roadblock with ST Armor, Microman armor, Green Stuff, and a Master Gunzz cast MC head.
Here's a size comparison -- he's not exactly 7', but he's tall enough for me:

Ok - the wife is pretty pissed because all I did was build this fig and watch "Have Gun Will Travel" DVDs all day. I guess I have a big "to-do" list for tomorrow.

Luckily, my daughter, who helps me out with a lot of customs, told her "he hasn't painted it yet, Mom - that's the "Green Stuff" he uses" - and rolled her eyes as well 
I was so proud. But then again, she plays Halo with me all the time, so she was very pleased with MC. I've got to make her a Cortana or a female Spartan now.
