I was gonna show this off tomarow in the chat, but after i took the pics I got so excited that I couldn't wait. This is my second attempt at shrinking a 12" head and i am super pleased with the results. I figured it really need to be a Scott under that mask and I couldn't think of a Scott more befitting the roll the Sir Sean Connery. Let me know what you think.

Awesome! My only critique is that he looks a little...surprised. Maybe lower the brows a bit? Cool idea and great-looking custom! |

Wait...I thought Destro was Black.... maybe that's why Sean looks soo surprised. Head looks great...excellent work on the hair...now fix the eyes and brows.. I don't have a pic of sean infront of me...but you eyebrows don't match...and his right brow seems to be backwards...the thicker part of the eye brow is towards the nose and it thins out towards the temple...yours seems to be backwards. the other problem is on that Right eye...the Pupil seems to be pretty big and the "eyelash" line seems a bit high...gives the impression that his eye is open quite wide...thus the surprise. |

That head is a damn awesome job. It definitely does make sense to have Connery under the mask. Now if only the scriptwriters would take this and run with it. Hmmmm.....

I think Dragon was the original manufactur, but I hoesly have no real proof of that. It was just labeled sean connery in the rock 12" head. I'm plaing on makeing another cast tonight and fixing the eyes. Can anyone sugest a paint that matches the old RAH white skin tone? Hey, my Dad's been told he looks like Connery from "the Rock" -- he's got the beard going and everything. Maybe there was some truth to all those Brawlin' Shenanigans at my expense last month after all....... |
