| The highest honor among the Rodian people is to be a hunter or warrior, so bounty hunting and similiar occupations just come natural to them. Often found clad in the near-identical jumpsuits common among Rodian (and other species) spacers, these reptilian beings are known to ply their chosen trade from one end of the galaxy to the other. Rodians are a common sight on any world that has at least one spaceport. This particular Rodian has found employ in one of the many underworld mercenary groups on the backwater world of Tattooine, and earns his pay by expertly weilding his high-output concussion rifle for anyone that can afford his fee... Rodian Merc: Parts: Whole figure- VTSC Greedo Jacket- Saga Elan Sleazebagganno (modded) Bandolier- trimmed from a POTF2 Tusken Raider cloak Rifle- custom Earrings- trimmings from a POTF2 Slave Leia chain Notes: This is another figure that came about because I scored several VTSC Greedos for $1 each at a local K-Mart earlier this year. As I really dislike the new, tight, litle balljoints used for the modern figures' knees and elbows I tend not to paint them as the paint will just rub off the first time the joint is posed (the only paint aplied to this particular figure's body was to the belts and shoes as they will not rub). In fact, I have more or less stopped buying extra figures for customizing fodder for this very reason unless I know that I can actually use them for an upcoming project (I used to get extras of just about everything just to have them on hand in case I could use them, which is why I have almost 3000 figures in my fodder bank! ) | |

| Yah, nice work on the weathering, Specs. That's very subtle stuff on the coat and the skin. I never thought 'reptile' when I looked at Greedo. Now that I think of it, I don't know what kind of beastie they're supposed to be. Them sucker fingers denote an octopus, but the big eyes make me think 'cave salamander' or the like. And what's with the sucker-tennae and the frill? Rodians are just weird. | |

Every VTSC Greedo I have purchased has had a different amount of paint washes (some ecen have a different color wash altogether!) on the skin resulting in several different "individuals" besides poor, dead Greedo AdrienVeidt wrote: I never thought 'reptile' when I looked at Greedo. | Ever notice how all Rodians wear that same track suit thing? I like this guy. As was said, the weathering effect is nice and those earrings look great. Now hopefully he won't get shot by any Han Solos. | |
