Little is known of the galactic wanderers known as Mystics aside from the fact that they are an ancient race, so ancient in fact that there have been religions built around them that claim that the Mystics were the very first race to evolve and gain sentience in the galaxy.

No one in recorded history can make the claim that they have seen what a Mystic truly looks like under it's cloak and glossy featureless faceplate. No physical description of their anatomy exists and no one has ever seen them eat or sleep. Some say that they are nothing but legend as encounters with Mystics are few and far between and getting rarer with each passing year. There are few Mystics left in the Universe, some scholars of their lore claim that there are less than a dozen of them still living, as even near immortals die eventually...

I made 2 of them for this project:

Parts:
Bodies- Saga Lars Homestead Padme travelling cloaks
Broaches- decoration trimmed from some cheap dollar store knights
Faceplates- ROTS AT-TE Tank Gunner shoulder armor (with junk POTF2 Luke or Han heads underneath to hold shape)

This project was simply an exercise in using junk parts that would otherwise sit in my parts bin. The figures are hollow and were meant for nothing more than diorama filler but I thought that they came out so cool looking that I had to make up a background story for them :)

Those are cool. While I like the blacked out face plates, because it makes them look spookier, I think it might have been cooler if you had used clear marbles or fish tank stones to really make them look like fortune telling apparitions. For junk parts, it doesn't get any better than this.

I'mreally glad these guys are going over so well!

In hindsight, the marbles/fish tank stones would look really cool and might be something I would consider if I ever revisit this idea and decide to flesh out the concept a it more, but the thought never even crossed my mind as these guys were just "clear out some junk from my parts bins" customs

You guys are going to see a ton of new customs from me all through September and October as I am still semi-crippled from my car accident and have alot of free time on my hands (and thankfully, my hands finally stopped shaking on Wednesday so I can get back into my hobby to take my mind off of everything else :) ) because I am out of work on disability until after I recover from my upcoming surgery.

And what better way for your doctors to check you condition than by seeing if you are still capable of producing awesome stuff like this. You got the best physical therapy going...:D
