this is my fist custom in along time. I want Mercer version 1 but the parts arnt available yet so I give you America's Elite Mercer the head is Sandman from Spider man 3 Ill replace it when something better comes along the pictures werent as good as id like and my cameras out of batteries so maybe yall will be able to get an idea anyway

Thomas Hayden Church is Mercer! Coming this summer to a theatre near you! Nice look to him. He does match up to his Special Missions look, which is cool. |

I'm not familiar with the issue, but the figure is really cool looking. I didn't know Spiderman 3 figs had Joe size heads.... |

the head wasn't hard to do i just dremeled it out but i accidently dremeled out too much so i had to fill in a little epoxy putty to fix my goof. the head came from a sandman i found at a garage sale hes about 3 inches but the head sized up ok for the joes body imo |

Looks pretty good so far, any chance of a close up to make out more of the detail in the body? |
