I've been a busy little bee the last week or so, sort of and made some good progress on a few things that I wanted to share here. I need a little input of a few, so anything you think you may have to contribute would be much appreciated

First, a couple of easy peasy Star Wars customs

Han Solo (pilot)
I basically took the good hands and arms off of that pilot Han and added them to an extra VOTC one I had, because those stupid elbows on the pilot sucked so much.
Image

Just a simple couple of head swaps for Obi Wan. Not at all movie accurate and I don't really care. I know H will eventually get around do doing super articulated versions of these, but I had all the parts, so I figured "Why not?"
Image
Image

I had a bunch of extra Storm Shadows laying around and I finally decided what to do with them:
Mortal Kombat! I am still looking for a suitable ice sword for Sub Zero, and I'd like to get my hands on a SHS Ghost Rider for an alternate head for Scorpion, but I got NO clue what to give Smoke and Reptile to spice them up, as they didn't seem to have any sort of accessories as far as I can tell from the Wikipedia... So suggestions would be fantastic on that point...

The newest Ghostbuster: Lance Sputnik!
Kudos to Hypno Hustler for the Firetrooper body, which just screamed GB the second I saw it. Still a WIP at this point, but I felt like showing it anyway
Image

A second verion of my NJC Multiple Man. The only difference here is his shoes are more practical, and I made his logo bigger
Image
Image
These are fun and easy to make :D

To go along with my 007 customs: Baron Samedi (Live nad Let Die)
Image
Image

And last but not least, a super simple Flint: Chopper Pilot (because I love the blurb on his filecard)
Image

Thoughts are welcome on all, especially the MK ninjas and the Ghostbuster. :D

Thanks!

Some nice stuff here. Not bad at all. I get more a Joe-verse ninja feel from the ninjas than I get a Mortal Kombat feeling, but the paint looks excellent. You could add some of that painted glue effects to Sub Zero maybe (who did those again? They looke incredible). And didn't he tear his victims head off? Add a skull with spine as accessory. Reptile had some sort of acid breath. Not sure how to do that, maybe thin cotton wool painted green or something.

What about an alternate lizard head for Reptile? Or one with the long tongue?

Ghostbuster Sputnik is fantastic use of parts. Really that blows me away since it is something I can easily copy.

The mortal combat ninjas work perfectly. I do agree finding alternate heads for Scorpion and Reptile would be cool. A Bossk head might be easy to work for Reptiles head and the Ghost Rider or Montezuma's skeleton head would work too.

I've seen severla people use the VvV Storm Shadow skirt before and always thought they looked cooll. Something to think about.

Multiple man is absolute perfection. Just perfect.

aron Samedi isn't quite movie accurate but most of your Bond/Joe verse hasn't been. It works. I like the addition of the coffin here too.

Cool stuff all around -- the MK ninjas idea is totally stolen :D

GB Sputnik is an inspired WIP -- can't wait to see where you go with it.

Glad to see multiples of Multiple Man ;)

And Samedi is great -- too bad those GH/SS hands are so crappy, though. Still - good to see some "Live NAD let Die" customs..... Where's that coffin from? One of the McSucklane toys?

Hrm. Where to start? I have a unique appreciation for some of these customs since I spoke with you during their early stages.

Han and Obi: Both good work: The Han especially is amazing.

The MK ninjas: These are fun and have a very Mortal Kombat 1 quality to them. Good use for extra figs that most of us have.

Ghostbuster Sputnik: When you described him to me and told me you were using the Fire Speeder pilot I wasnt sure it work. The end product is amazing and simple too.

Multiple Man: You know, I think you could get away with different legs here. I've always pictured Multiple Man as having a more military look to him and the CC legs throw me. Otherwise, not a thing wrong with it.

Flint: Funtastic!

Baron Samedi: Hrm. I dont care for those legs, either. He has a gauntness to him that I like but the legs throw me.

All around fun customs and some great work from you, my man.

Lance, what about using some of the hot glue technique that darko showed and make some of the effects that the MK guys used?

Great work all around! Oh, will we see Lace Venkman slimed? :-P

That is a great mix of customs. I love the MK ones- look like factory figures.

You could give Sub-zero the scar from the later games if you wanted to make them look a little different.

Are you planning Rain or Noob Sabot? I think a Storm Shadow would look sweet done in all black.

MORTAL KOMBAT!!!

Duh...duh...duh...na...na...na...

Sorry for the semi-musical outburst, but those ninja rock!

Everything else is looking all right, but those are the stand-outs for me.

The Ghostbuster is my favorite. Are you planning on adding a decal of the GB logo for him? MK figs are both fun and solid. Like iwbeta said, there's a lot more fun you could have if you wanted to make each game accurate, accessory-wise, effect-wise, etc...

I'm also impressed with the paint apps on the Baron's fleshtone.

Fun post, and good work.
