Post subject:  Resolute mod and Sigma custom
I just purchased the Resolute figures today at a Target in Cary, NC. Well, I decide to make a few changes to Duke, gave Cobra Commander some body armor and changed my Cobra Trooper into a Sigma Duke.

Resolute Duke : added a new knife and sheath, new gun holster, cut bottom part off the vest to create a belt, added straps to his rifle and added a flag (carefully cut from another 25th Duke)

Sigma Duke: 25th Duke head, Shipwrecks biceps and forearms cut and glued to troopers upper arms, troopers gloved hands, added holsters and pistols, new feet from Zartan, added a backpack to hold his switchfire pistol, cut a slit iin the vest to hold knife from Resolute Duke, troopers rifle.

Cobra Commander: Wraith body armor and wrist gauntlets, trimed the Cobra symbol from the cape, cut away mid dress, use Wraith's lower legs for leg armor

Thanks. I was actually heading to Toys R Us to do some Christmas shopping but decided to take a detour..a good one at that. The figures were just put out.. I picked up the only Resolute figures and left the lone Blowtorch and Torch. Someone really wants those figures would enjoy them more than I would.

My mom lives in Carey, but I doubt I could get her to pick them up for me :(

Great to have another Carolinian on the board though ;)

I dig the changes to CC, but the silver isn't working for me. I think at least the chestplate needs a little blue to help it mesh.

Nice mods....they all look really nice....I especially like what you've done with Cobra Commander. I think the Cobra sigil is the only thing that needs a bit more work. Right now it's kina akward and looks glued on...like it's not really well integrated. If you'd thin it down a bit more and then just carve the edges so they're a bit more rounded I think it'd really help integrate the sigil into the armor better.

I like the armored CC as is. I could see him having that as one of his many, many outfits.

Sigma Duke is just great. I probably would have switched out the blue so he ddin't look so Cobra affiliated but its a good translation of his Sigma look.

Resolute Duke looks good too. I really like the addition of the flag. That is a nice touch you added there.

these are great new mods. I like sigma duke and armored cc for sure. These are a very copyable idea
