After a 2-week hunt for our digital camera (which I finally found, containing self-photos of our 4yo who /said/ she hadn't seen it...), I'm able to post some of my progress.

I finally had a batch of figures enough to run the dye vat: Here is what my Black Dragon looks like fresh from the black. I need to start to decide on accent colors -- The BD's accent is a medium / light blue, right?
Incinerators:

This was the bulk of that job. I'm reassigning the Incinerators to Iron Grenadiers; I've always felt that they were in my mind, despite the file cards. (Incinerators goes with Annhilators; a Cobra firetroop would be a Cinder-Viper
) As these were Funskool versions, I now have to locate a trio of flamethrowers for them.
